SILKSCREEN SPECIALTIES UNLIMITED and the Erie Runners Club present the

Silkscreen Unlimited SNOWFLAKE 5K Run & Walk

Rotary Pavilion, Waterworks Area, Presque Isle State Park, Erie, PA

A portion of the race proceeds will benefit SafeNet, which operates an emergency shelter for women and children who are victims of domestic violence.

COURSE:

The course starts and ends in front of the Rotary Pavilion. While there is a limited amount of parking on the north side of the pavilion, participants are urged to park near the Waterworks cookhouse and walk across the pathway between the ponds or in the Cabin #3 area, as parking will be restricted in front of the pavilion where the start/finish lines are located. The race will be run entirely on the roadways of the park. The exact course layout will be posted on race day. The race will be held regardless of the weather. If Presque Isle State Park is closed by the authorities, the race will be cancelled and a message will be posted on the club phone (814-452-1023) as early as possible on race day.

ENTRY FEES:

$10 - pre-registered ERC members
$11 - pre-registered non-members
$12 - day-of-race
Late registration and packet pickup will take place beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Rotary Pavilion.

PREMIUM: The premium is a 100% acrylic knit cap with polyester fleece lining. Caps are guaranteed to the first 150 participants. One sizes fits all.

AWARDS:

Trophies will be awarded to the first overall male and female, and to the first overall masters male and female (age 40 & over), and to first-place finishers in the following age groups for both male and female: 11 & under, 12-15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79 and 80 & over. Second and third place winners in the above age groups will receive awards as well. There will be NO duplication of awards. There are no separate awards for the walk.

POST-RACE REFRESHMENTS:

There will be refreshments available following the race in the Rotary Pavilion.
